Transmedic organized a “100 cases celebration” dinner on 29 November 2016 to celebrate the achievement of Dr Jeffrey Chew on his 100th case with MAKOplasty Robotic Knee Surgery. A plaque was presented by Mr Seah Kerk Chuan, Executive Director of Transmedic Group, to recognise Dr Chew’s professional accomplishment.

Dr Jeffrey Chew is a practicing consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Parkway East Hospital. His current sub-specialty interests are hip and knee joint replacements as well as arthritis treatment. Aside from being one of the largest users of the MAKOplasty robot for robotic knee replacements in the ASEAN region, Dr Chew also specialises in the treatment of sports injuries of the hip and knee.
